“At the 54th annual session, a new strategic plan covering the period 2018 to 2027 was approved by this house. Some developments during the year obstructed effective implementation of the strategic plan. The plan was therefore re-structured and made operational in January 2019. This report therefore is an assessment of our achievement as a denomination in reference to the strategic plan and the activities outlined under the 9 strategic objectives for the year under review.”
